Only bank in town. Very strict loan criteria but fair. Very nice tellers. Appointments made on line option is great when I arrived the bank manager was ready for me knowledgeable and patient explain everything he was doing. the tellers remembered me every time I walked in and greeted me by name with smiles How can you rate lower the only bank in town. Well, Wells Fargo just happens to be my bank, and the only one in Kotzebue, Alaska. Friendly tellers who quickly call you by name, and in foul weather or fair, there always there. Usual banking hours. Interest rates sucks i moved to alaskausa no interest at all
